Bouchon is perfectly situated within a 15 minute drive of the historic riverside market towns of Condom and Nérac, both offering excellent local farmers markets, restaurants, shops and many music festivals and concerts throughout the summer.
Lectoure, a Roman hilltop garrison town is a must-see with several fascinating museums, galleries and buildings. The beautiful medieval villages of Fources, Larrasingle and La Romieu are all close by with Mézin being a 10 minute drive with excellent local bakers, butchers, grocers and a couple of lovely cafes on the square where you can sit out and watch the world go by.
